Do You Have Any Question Please?
What is included in a standard lawn maintenance visit?
Our standard “Pro Package” includes precision mowing, string trimming around all obstacles, professional edging along driveways and sidewalks, and blowing all clippings off hard surfaces to leave your property spotless.
Do you offer more than just mowing?
Yes! We are a full-service provider. In addition to mowing, we offer landscaping (mulching, bed cleanouts), seasonal cleanups (leaf removal), and hedge trimming. We want to be the only call you have to make for your outdoor space.
What happens if it rains on my scheduled day?
This is Louisiana—we expect a little rain! If it’s a light mist, we usually push through. If it’s a downpour, we will reschedule you for the very next clear day. We prioritize getting back on track so your grass doesn’t get overgrown.
How often should my lawn be mowed?
During the peak growing season in West Monroe (April–September), we recommend weekly service to keep your grass healthy and looking its best. We also offer bi-weekly options for slower-growing months.
How do you determine your pricing?
Pricing is based on the size of the lot, the amount of “detail work” (edging and trimming), and the frequency of service. We offer free, no-obligation estimates to give you an accurate price for your specific property.
What payment methods do you accept?
To make things easy for you, we accept cash, check, and digital payments (credit/debit or Venmo/CashApp). Many of our regular customers prefer to keep a card on file for automatic billing after each visit.

How high do you cut the grass, and do you bag the clippings?
We typically follow the “one-third rule”—never removing more than one-third of the grass blade at a time. For most local lawns, we cut at a height of 3 to 4 inches to promote deep roots and shade out weeds. We prefer to mulch clippings back into the lawn because they act as a natural, free fertilizer, returning vital nutrients to the soil. However, we always ensure no clumps are left behind and that all hard surfaces are blown clean.
Do you offer “Mow Only” service, or do I have to sign up for a full plan?
We believe in flexibility. While most of our neighbors in West Monroe prefer our recurring Pro Maintenance Plan (which guarantees your spot on the schedule and keeps the lawn consistent), we do offer “Mow Only” or “One-Time” services as our schedule allows. Keep in mind that for overgrown lawns that haven’t been touched in a while, there may be an initial “Clean-Up” fee to get the property back to a manageable professional standard.
